1. SUBSCRIPTION OVERVIEW
Some products on livora.co are offered as subscriptions. When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries at the frequency selected at checkout.
By completing your purchase, you authorize Livora to securely store your payment method and automatically charge it on a recurring basis until the subscription is canceled or paused.
SilkGlide Pro – SilkyShave Refill Plan:
When you subscribe to the SilkGlide Pro, your first order includes your razor. Your first blade refill shipment arrives about 6 weeks later, and after that you'll automatically receive 2 blade refills every 8 weeks and be charged a total of $35.98 each time to keep your razor performing. This continues until you cancel or pause. You can cancel anytime before your next billing date (see Sections 3 and 4).
Other Products & Offers:
Other products, bundles, and offers may be on different subscription plans with different prices, billing frequencies, and contents. The exact recurring price and billing schedule for your subscription are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase and confirmed in your order confirmation email.
2. BILLING & AUTO-RENEWAL
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the selected interval (for example, monthly)
• Your payment method is charged before each shipment
• Each subscription order is billed separately, unless otherwise stated
• Subscription pricing may change with advance notice where required by law
3. MANAGING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
You may manage your subscription at any time by:
• Using the subscription management link in your order confirmation email
• Logging into your customer account
• Contacting us at hello@livora.co
You may:
• Skip upcoming deliveries
• Change delivery frequency
• Update your shipping address
• Update payment information
• Pause or cancel your subscription
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
• Subscriptions must be canceled before the next billing date to avoid being charged
• Cancellations apply to future billing cycles only
• Once a subscription charge has been processed, it cannot be refunded
• Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled
It is the customer’s responsibility to manage their subscription prior to billing.
Failure to cancel a subscription before billing does not qualify for a refund.
5. FAILED PAYMENTS
If a subscription payment fails:
• We may attempt to reprocess the charge automatically
• The subscription may be temporarily paused
• You are responsible for updating payment details to resume service
6. SUBSCRIPTION RETURNS & REFUNDS
• Subscription charges are non-refundable once processed
• Used subscription products are not eligible for return
• Unopened subscription products may only be returned if permitted under our Return & Refund Policy
7. SUBSCRIPTION LIMITATIONS
• Subscription discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated
• Subscriptions are for personal use only and may not be resold
• We reserve the right to limit or cancel subscriptions showing signs of abuse, fraud, or reselling
8. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
By subscribing, you agree to:
• Maintain accurate billing and shipping information
• Monitor billing dates and confirmation emails
• Review all subscription terms before purchasing
